Ayam percik!

Yup, this is the 3rd entry bout food this month. :)
Within one week, I've made Ikang celup teppongg, an English Pie and Kelantanese food-Ayam percik!! (just to be fair la, kununnya merangkumi ketiga2 tmpt asal/tinggal kami) :p

Last week I tried my luck to make Ayam Percik. This is the very first attempt nak buat ayam percik ~ my mom mmg jarang masak lauk2 yg bersantan/agak complicated nih, so confirmla anak dia tatau/tak pernah masak...

Actually ayam percik nih bukannya 'makanan febret' pon kalau kat KL/balik Kelate/ balik Teganu (kat teganu makanan nih dipanggil ayam golek)...memang jarang sesangatla kitorg beli ayam percik nih kalau kat mesia.. tp sebab dah buhsan ngan makanan2 rutin yg selalu dimasak kat umah, tatau nak makan apa, dan dah muak dengan pizza/ ayam goreng/ fries/ biryani Chilliz.. google punya google*, akhirnya we all try buat ayam percik nih..
* yup! i use googled recipe! tak sempat nak call mom in law mintak recipe.. last minit plan, dan terus nak masak tang tu jugak for dinner! (I love to google for recipe, esp kalau tatau nak masak apa.. hehehe)

so nih la hasilnya...

we roast the chicken in the oven..
so kurang 'kick' la, sebab tak hangus/ takde zat2 arang..

but other than that,

it turned out to be delicioussssssssss!!!!!
~hubby cakap rasa dia cam Ayam Percik Yati*! hehehehe :P
